There should be a sticky label in your Indo maid's passport, = DH working visa issued by HK Immigration Dept.
The current (i.e. new) DH contract number and name of employer should appear on this visa.
When the Indo maid returns to HK from Indonesia, she should present BOTH her passport AND her valid (current, new) contract to the HK Imm Dept staff at the HK airport.
Since the valid contract contains your new address, that should be OK.
(The address contained in Indo maid's passport should be written in by Indo Consulate, unless your maid changes a new passport when the old one expires, the address appearing at the last page of her passport cannot be changed to your new address.)
Conclusion :
No problem.
Your Indo maid simply presents her valid Indo passport and valid DH contract to HK Imm Dept staff at HK airport.
When your maid gets her new passport, take a look at the last page - your new address should appear there. (You can remind the agent that there is a new address and ask them to double check for you.)
