Difference between cornstarch, corn flour and cornmeal

Hi all,
Can anyone tell me the different usage of the above in baking cake? Can I use the cornstarch to replace the corn flour? Thanks!

粟粉 = cornstarch = corn flour
cornmeal is different, it is being mixed into the corn flour.
