Which date will be the public holiday for the maid on April & May? Thx!

Dear all,
May I ask when will be the holiday for the maid on the following days?

April 5, 06 - Ching Ming ? Yes?
April 14?
April 15?
April 17?
May 1, 06 - Labour holiday? Yes?
May 5, 06?

Should be April 5 & May 1.

5 April is Ching Ming Festival ..1 May is Labour Day, those are Statutory Holidays, DH should have the holidays.

14, 15, 17 April are Easter holidays, 5 May is the Birthday of Buddha, they are the bank holidays. DH is not entitle to have those holidays.

U know, I am so stupid ....I ask my maid to work OT for me on Apr 17, 05....

, I need to tell her about it tonight...shouldn't be with pay....as it's not her holiday!

31 May is also statutory holiday for maid !

基本上中國大節日都係工人假期 (如清明, 端午, 中秋 ......) .. 只要記住復活節(全期), 佛誕及聖誕節(26日)唔係工人假期就得架啦 .. 其他佢都要俾佢放架..
