而家用緊 yan ......
小小bb 你話 : 請唔同國籍 - "不想他們太同聲同氣" .....
其實 , 佢地兩個同住一屋 , 相處得唔好 , 又係一個問題 . d bun 好似會睇小 yan , 覺得自己醒 d .....

I have 2 Yan Yan.... one I hired for 4 years.. one just 1 year..
They didn't know each other before...
my 4-year yan yan... I made sure she know she is the leader.. and she will have to teach the newer one... I told the 4- year one.. if the new old does something wrong.. I will blame you.. becuase you didn't teach her...
So now. when they new one does something wrong... she 's more worry than me.. hahaha....
their benefits is somewhat different.. and I told the older one.l.. don't tell the new one about how much you get... becuase she will be jealous and treat you badly...
they get along okay la....
but i would never hire friends and relatives... becuase if they're too closed... I cannot control both of them

你可以請一個外傭,一個本地朝幾晚幾.本地照顧小朋友同煮飯,外傭就清潔湊返學等,計返條數差唔多.[quote]

i hv one Filip and one Indo. Indo taking care of my 4 years old son and Filip taking care of my new born baby. both them share all the house chores and would be marked down into the guidebook what they've done daily. of course, the one taking care of baby do less than the other.

I am planning to employ one more maid as well in this coming June because I am going to move to a bigger house. Need to taking care 2 kids, household, cooking etc.

But start in this coming Sept, both my kids will go to Full day school. Do yuou think I still need to employ two maid instead of one. Please advice?

From same country, or from different country?

I have two maids, both from Philippines.

One has 6 years of experience in HK, and she works for me for slightly more than a year. Aged 30+.

One is newly hired from Philippines. Aged 24. Just arrive for 1 month+.

Both of them worked in harmony. Because the elder one is capable of taking care of the baby but does not have the energy to do household duties. The younger one has energy to do all household duties, but is afraid to take care of the baby. So, the elder one takes care of the baby (including at night) and the younger one performs all household duties.

There are only 2 adults and 1 1-year old toddler at home. Employing 2 maids in my case is a very very unlucky! My elder maids does not take care of my baby better with an assistant. In the past month, my child head was bombed on the wall while she was carried by the elder maid, and her hands were badly wounded at night leaving blood on the pillow, bed sheet and bracket cover. The new maid is very dependent. It is very unlikely that she can handle the duties herself in future.

Better to consider seriously before you employ two! The gain is definitely not doubled!

我有兩個菲，一個 9年，一個剛來(有個18年剛走了) ，兩個都四十開外，一切自動波，有交帶 !

I have one Indo and now employ one Filip, would like to know how they can communicate and another thing I need to take care? Do your Filip discrimate the Indo, can they work as a team?

Before that, I have two Indo, I don't like them always chat each other and take a long time to have meals together since sometimes I need to take breast milk for my baby. And of course, Filip is more smart than Indo and I think cleaning work is also better.
