請教：九龍塘返學租那一處比較方便

小朋友將曾九龍塘返學，我住在元朗(樓繼續供不想放)，工作在粉嶺，想租一層樓方便小朋友上學，但金錢有限可租那一處(沙田、大圍、九龍等)好呢？大家有沒有好介紹呢？

Hello bbyiuyiu,

I have a same question as you. I also live in Yuen Long. I will hire a maid on this month. Her work is taking care my son and clean up my home.

In this coming September, my baby will go to Kowloon Tong for study N1. I think I will not let him to travel school bus from home to school, he will take single ride travel(from school to grandma's home). Because he need wake up so early. I will arrange my maid to bring my son to school with me everyday. But I think this is not for long term, the transportation fee is too expensive. I think we will move to Kowloon side to live.

As my office is located at Lai Chi Kok and my hubby works at Kowloon Bay, my first choice location is Mei Foo and the second choice is Tai Wai or Shatin.

Do you have any suggestion? Please bring it up and share your idea.

會唔會考慮九龍城？

其實，九龍塘都係九龍城區，而九龍城你可以揀d舊樓，租金較平，橫掂租又唔係買。咁樣小朋友返學唔使經獅子山隧道，時間較易掌握，又或者時間岩既話你可以送埋佢返學自己先返工，而你返工就要搭多一程車去九龍塘火車站先坐火車去粉嶺囉。

不過，其實你住沙田、大圍，除非住係火車站附近，否則亦可能要坐多一程車去火車站。

Hi! All,

I've just signed a lease. I've the same problem. I'll moved to Tai Po - Deerhill Bay. It takes about 15 mins to Kln Tong by driving; or , about 25 mins by taxi/shuttle bus to the University station -- Kln Tong KCR station. However, if u think it's still too far away. U may consider Tai Wai Mid-Level -- 曉翠山莊. It's a little bit old (10 years old) but quiet and good quality. It takes about 15 mins from there to Kln Tong KCR station.

BB是否返半日? 如果係, 要住得近學校, 咁可以叫個賓賓送完返學都可以返屋企做家務, 之後又再接放學.

如果返全日, 就可住遠d.

Will you consider 村屋 in Tai Wai?
(Coz I used to live in Shatin before getting married and one of my friend <Her requirement is just like u>just rent a 村屋 in Tai Wai with this budget recently.)

If not, I think think for you later la...(I need to play with my baby now. Talk later.)

我bb返半日學的. 而我工人亦是新請回來, 有咩地方會適合呢? 另外我不能住村屋的, 因為我驚狗.

I have the same problem because I live in Tseung Kwan O, and It still need to take 2 hour travel time fro him to go and come back. Can anyone give me suggestion also.

各位媽咪你們好，我想問租九龍城大約需要多少錢？除了九龍城又有沒有其他提議？我想租二房，約$6000四個人住，最緊要方便小朋友上學。但不想租村屋，我見沙田第一城租金都幾合理，不知方不方便呢？
