我覺得蔡x記唔好食.

新街市上面有兩檔: 洪記同欽記

我自己淨係幫襯欽記, d炸魚皮好好味. 而洪記我未去過.

I tried 蔡潤記,洪記,欽記 and 學利 before. 欽記魚蛋is the best and the 炸魚皮 is really really good (I mean the 炸魚皮 come with the 魚蛋 noddle. if you order one dish of 炸魚皮, they give you another kind which is just Ok lar). 洪記 is not bad and you can place an 魚蛋 take-away order, its 魚片頭 taste good. About 學利, its 魚蛋 is very very "song" but tasteless !
