if i fire yan yan, should I tell her what reason?

If i fire yan yan, should I need to tell her for what reason? Should I need to write down the reason when I ask her to sign the achknowledge receipt?

No need if you fire her and let her leave your house at once, or just tell her not satisfy with her performance

Agreed. She just acknowledged receipt of your written notice even you didn't state any reason for termination.
