I’ve cash in the $500 deposit for booking Century Southern (Tokyo), Twin Room..last Friday, and received their call today and said Twin Room is full and asked me to book Double Room but have to pay more…($1,410 per night)..
But the question is Twin Room and Double Room are in the same price ($1,360) in their first quote..so, I’m not sure is it any 欺騙成分there?
