9am - 9:30am: Sleeps
9:30am - 11am: Plays
11am: Congee with vegetables and meat or fish
1pm: Sleeps for 1.5 hrs
3pm: 7oz milk
5:30: one apple/pear/banana
7pm: 7pz milk (sometimes she drinks 5 oz only)
10:30: 4 - 5 oz milk and
my son is 7.5months old,
05:30am---->7oz奶之後即刻sleeping
10am---->7oz奶
11:30am---->沖涼
12:30pm---->sleeping
2:30pm---->7oz奶
3:00pm---->去街街
5:00pm---->sleeping
6:15pm---->食1碗粥
9:45pm---->7oz奶
10:30pm---->sleeping到第二日
She eats any kind of fish and vegetables. Here are my combinations
1. "Hung Sam Yue" (fish name in Chinese) with broccoli
2. Chicken/pork/beef wth carrot or spinach
3. "Chong Yue" (fish name in Chinese) with spinach
4. Everytime I eat fish, I will give her some no matter if it is her feeding time, She can eat half fish tail each time.
Cooking: I will steam the fish first without oil and salt and than put the fish, vegetables and congee altogether inside the blender because I tried to boil the congee with fish altogether and she did not like it and refused to eat it. I think it tastes better if I cook the fish by steam seperately from the rice, more fish taste will remain.
When my bb was 6 - 8 months old, I gave her congee with meat/vegetables, she did not like to taste, she wanted to vomit, so I just gave her bottle food+congee and she liked it very much. When she was 9 months old, I started to gave her congee with meat/vegetables, she accepted finally. So no worries, just wait 2 more months and your bb will love congee with meat very soon
9:00am 6-7oz milk
10:00am sleep
1:00pm wake up 1bowl congee with vegetable and meat
then play and take half hr sleeping until 5:00pm
5:00pm 6-7 oz milk
then play and also take about 1/2 hr sleeping
9:00pm 6-7 oz milk/1 bowl congee/cereal with apple or banana
10:30pm sleeping
1:00 am 6-7 oz milk then wake up until 3:00am sleeping :-( :-( :-(
