1) At first I joined a course of HK$4200. After 1st treatment, the consultant will 'hard-push' you to add courses. After the 3rd treatment, she will do it again. If you don't buy additional course, you have noticed the change of her attitude to you AT ONCE.
2) The staff are not professional. Sometimes, they will forget to put the slimming mask on part of your body. Very dirty after the treatment because there are still a lot of the remains of the dried mask left on the body. Also, during the treatment, they will try to sell you course again as you cannot move at that moment.
3) The reception staff are not friendly.
4) The so-called "1 to 1" dance class is really a joke!!! 20 mins per session. But dance class may only be 10 mins since the coach will read client files, set the timer, set the heart-pulse counting watch, set the music..........all within this 20 mins.
5) It is not the consultant to read your diet diary but the treatment staff only. They read it at the reception!!!!.
6) The consultant will show you the files of other clients in order to convince you to buy more course like other clients.....no privacy at all.
2 weeks passed and I losed 2lbs. I do believe this is not treatment mask work but the exercise I do and the diet I have.
I feel very bad and regret to join the courses at this company. It is my own mistake. But just wanna to share this with you as a warning.
