Stamp duty could be treated as part of mortgage or not?

ANZ 要收600application fee for mortgage.

Anyone know which bank is cheaper?

Different States have different stamp duty rates. As far as I know, stamp duty cannot be borrowed as part of the mortgage in most of the major banks.

Nab is Ok，dont choose Commwealth bank!!! coz everytime reservebank reduced the rate commwealth doesnt follow!!! so I really wanna change my bank to NAB.
