I choose the monthly plan with Skype, HK$49 or CAN$6.99 can call back HK unlimited! With home wifi, I use the Skype app call back home easily and very stable.

why is there charge? my cousin tells me Skype is free, I don't understand.

Yes, it charge only if you use Skype app to call HK friends\'/family mobile number or landline. If your family also have Skype account and he is online, you can talk to them free of charge like what MSN did in the past !
