太理想啦，但現實生活的工人又點會同你咁做，employer唔係香港，佢地簡直係重見天日，咩都做得出，偷懶､煲電話粥､浸浴､坐sofa睇電視､瞓太太生生張床.....平時無得做都做晒，所以如果employer唔係香港，最好要佢返agent度，免得佢溶咗間屋。

when no one in the house.. it's the best time for her to do big cleaning... like wash all the window drapes... organize your drawer... .. take your winter clothes to " sun shine" since it's now spring time....deep cleaning of your house... clean the refrigirator... kitchen... hand wash some of your clothes.... or clear some of her vacation....just do the kind of things your think she didn't have time to do.... unless you're going for 2+months... there's many thing she can do la...
if you worry that she might bring friends home....just have some relative/neighbor to come by to check on her once a while .... and take your valuable to safety deposit box la...I don't think she will steal your TV or computer la...
when I went back to US for 3 weeks.. I gave her a list of things to complete... and I clear up 4 days of her vacation.... she did it nicely...
