畢架山花園

請問有冇人住畢架山花園呀?因想知如無養車的話,住D度會唔會好唔方便?
有無D度揀樓Tips

Good living envirnoment but inconvinence. There is only 1 supermarket and 1 study studio. Shuttle Bus to Shek Skip Mei & KCR Kowloon Tong Station. Old age of the building (about 18 years). It is too expensive now (95/96 price), not worthy to buy.
