1. have opened a saving a/c for Aidan, for keeping his 'lai see'
2. before Aidan was born, I have bought a fund for retirement purpose (hk$2000 per month, already paid 2 years, the reward is quite good so far), now I will use this for his education purpose. For myself, may be I will buy another fund for my retirement later (not now, because no money)
3. have just bought a hospital insurance for him at Manulife, cost HK$2147 a year
1) Generally, the medical insurance premium for most insurance company will be fixed in approximately age 0 to age 5.
Then from approximately age 6 to age 18, the price will change and fixed. (and in general, the premium from age 0-5 is a little bit higher than premium from age 6-18 for higher possibility of illness in babies early ages)
For adults, the medical insurance premium is increasing year by year!
2) All these are just a liittle sharing! Thanks for your compliment!
I bought educational funds for my chile- a 20 year plan but i dont remember how much it is cos i pay annually.
My company pays insurance for my husband and child so i didnt buy any for my child (thats probably the ONLY reason why I still stay at my job but i really want to quit)
Saving account for my child for his new year laisee and birthday money.
