This letter is given to you as a written warning due to you mis-used some medical to my baby on (date & time), who is just 1 years old .Since this is an unforgivable fault, you will be terminated at once without one month notice in advance if the same case happen again.
I haven't issued a warning letter yet but am in the process of doing so. I just want to share with other BK mamies about my friend's experience as she recently had to go to the labour tribunal. The warning letters she showed to the judge were too vague and not detail enough. She told me that when you issue a warning letter make sure you put down the date when the incident happened and be really specific on what the maid had done wrong.
As for the case above, it isn't clear as to how the maid mis-use the medicine. If, for example, the warning letter mentioned the maid had given the wrong dosage of medicine 2 spoons instead of 1 spoon then the reader would know what you are implying.
You can terminate her without 1 month's notice but you are still requred to pay her 1 mth's salary in lieu of notice. You can still terminate her without notice or 1 mth's pay by summary dismissal under special circumstances as stated in the ordinance to be:
-misconducts
-wilfully disobeys a lawful and reasonable order
-is guilty of fraud or dishonesty
-is habitually neglectful of his/her duties
