I am one of the 0601 mother, I want to know that WHY we need to provide a lot of personal information! I think this is not necessary to provide my baby chinese FULL NAME!
If you are not comfortable to provide the information, you can just give brief form (like nickname, or name without surname) or maybe just neglect to provide. Hope u understand we do not intend to confense any personal information from you! Please join our gathering only if you feel happy with.
We just wanna to make a BB card for your baby to hang on during gathering so that when he/she meet others, mothers can find friends with similar information where most moms wanna to, that's all.
And though you are one of the 0601 mother, you have not joined our 0924 gathering, thus we are not asking any information from you indeed.
