Milk production during midnight is at PEAK level!
Hence, if you want to maintain good milk supply and save more milk for BB for daily use, I think pumping milk once during around 12-3am is a good and effective method.
It is many breastfeeding mamas' experiences, surely including me!
This practice is a bit tired, but worth for our BB!
