我已住了接近10年, 都ok, 但要塔村巴或自己私家車出入, 門口可泊一架車, 可慳回停車場$, 屋型視乎你自己的需要及感覺, 有些屋型100%實用, 但廚房細; 有些只有7x%實用, 但廚房好大, 有露台; 有些屋型可自由間房(樓上)(但不可拆除住力牆), 最好就是可加閣仔, 可擺放雜物, 錦繡除了市中心的學習社, 我見到百佳內的廣告板上都有好多幫人補習的, 報興趣班可到市中心商場二樓有一間教小朋友畫畫, 及人工湖旁有間宣道會錦繡堂, 有小朋友活動報的, 你小朋友如在暑假學, 我諗你最好現在問一問幾時報名啦, 因名額不是好多, (Tel : 2471 4294)

Hi sumheima,

My friend just rent a house which is 850 sq. feet, it cost HKD12,000. So I think if 1050/HKD14000 is reasonable is provided good decoration!!!

Thanks all of you! BTW, I also want to know whether there are good learning centres in Fairview Park Town Centre or nearby areas (such as Yuen Long or Sheung Shui).

我哋兩公婆都好鐘意錦繡既環境! 想問吓你朋友租850呎嗰度, $12000係咪已經係全包?
仲有你哋啲小朋友係邊讀書? 如果要出九龍讀, 知唔知校車大約要幾$? 要搭幾耐車? 如果自己楂車的話, 出九龍塘大約要行幾公里? 會行三號幹線定大埔出?
唔好意思呀! 咁多問題, 不過我真係好想了解多啲! 唔該晒!

下???我咪租得好平??係咪預人講價咋???
我住850', 屋間花園有玻璃頂(玻璃屋舊了, 拆晒門放在一旁)
閘門份人閘同車閘,
屋裡都算有裝修(都開始舊了),
廚房爐頭係一座4頭有oven那種
樓上toilet有蒸氣企缸, 間了兩房(所以主人房好大),
有閣仔, 都係$10500全包

你試下搵7-11旁百佳地產羅小姐幫手, 佢人好爽快,
好積極幫人搵樓的

The latest news is the 1050/HKD14000 owner request us to give 11 pcs posted date cheque, add 2 months deposit and one month rental fare while signing agreement. We feel it is not fair, so we reject him already. Now we need to find another house again !

You are welcome! I know there are two kg in centre but I'm not sure which one is the better. ( because my son is only 18months ). But I know the one in California which is much expensive (St. lorraine)元朗也有分校 . Actually, for my son, I will focus the kg in Yuen Long instead of Centre or California. Don't worry, it is very convinence to/from Fairview Park to Yuen long town. The shuttle bus schedule is much frequently!

For California, I never lived here but just visit 1 time. For my point of view, the enviorment is better than F.P. but 屋的間格 is not good. I don't like it

Also, the main point is the shuttle schedule is 好疏! Compare with F.P., for example, Yuen long shuttle is every 2-3mins for peak hour, every 5-10 for non-peak hour, but for California, the schedule is every 20mins for peak hour and 30mins for non-peak hour.

Also, California only have a wellcome supermarket but F.P. have 1 Park'n shop and a mini market. So I think that is much convinence.

On the other hand, my friend is lived in California, but she told me that the management is quite good.

I think you better visit both 屋苑 before you make the decision !

But I know many many childrens study in Kowloon Tong. (朝朝都好多校巴,唔洗worry) 車費真係唔知,

Which property agency help you??? I know one guy is very very nice. If you want I can give his number to you see whether he can help you!

Last Christmas, I just introduce one BK mami to contact him to rent a house. He did and the BK mami told me that he is very very helpful and really a nice guy!!!

我哋宜家住係九龍, 但想賣咗宜家層樓搬去啲有花園既, 多啲活動空間比小朋友! 我老公之前有次參觀過錦繡啲樓後, 就好鐘意, 但就驚小朋友返學麻煩! 我囝囝4歲, 返緊九龍既幼稚園, 有人講過校車費要起碼$1600, 仲要宜家啲油係咁加, 所以遲啲可能校車費又貴啲! 我知自己楂車時間唔駛太耐, 但就唔清楚要行幾公里, 用幾多油錢!
