Then I ask her why she stop him, she became silent. 
Later when I talk to my son, he said he throw it for fun and the maid told him it is not harmful because he is careless and he is too young. I am very angry about that as she think it is not a big deal. It happens the third time, 2 from my son and 1 she do it when cleaning the window, she drop the cleaning tools out of the window, she told me the day after because she need to buy a new one and she think it is not her fault!!! How come to deal with this maid?? My husband told to her seriously that it is her responsiblity to stop my son from doing this and she will need to put in jail when my son hurt somebody downstairs!!!
