Induction of Labour or C-Section

I am now 40wks + 4 days. Both C+ and public doctor recomend to have "Induction of Labour" in end of this week.
I am afraid the Induction of Labour will be failed after serval hours and have C-Section at the end.
If you were me, would you choose "Induction of Labour" or "C-Section"?

Chun Chun was born on May 25, 2006. 05/25/2006 - 3.65kgs, 53cm 06/28/2006 - 4.91kgs 08/05/2006 - 6.42kgs, 62.5cm 10/14/2006 - 7.57kgs, 70cm 11/24/2006 - 8.41kgs

Anyone have commend?
I would like to know whether you would try "Induction of Labour" first or choose "C-Section" now.

from point of view to doc, 40w + 4 days is not too late but u have to deliver on or before 42w coz its too dangerous to u and baby. will u go to public hospital or C+? if C+ then choose of c-section is better than induction of labour. thouse public hospital will recomend to have induction of labour first but it will coz u more painful.

I will go to C+, but my doctor also recommend induction of labour first. How can I choose?

if C+ then tell them u need of c-section first, this is yr choice and u may buy that kind of package. check yr hospital first and go back yr doc for final result.
