Hi,

I work in the consumer marketing field, but not in hotel business. I like to enter hotel field but very difficult to be recruited without hospitality & F&B experience.

I was given a job offer by Prudxxtxxl Hotel in 2004 as Sales & Marketing Mgr, but I think it is a very low profile & budget hotel, so I didn't join.

What are the key criteria for joining as Sales Mgr or PR Mgr in hotel field?
