without one month notice?

If my maid doing something wrong ,I let her sign a warning letter , I mention if she do again , I will dismiss her without month notice in the letter , and she signature , Can I dismiss her without one month notice?

The answer is "NO"！
Please refer to "Reference/released letter 供取用",it's about "warning letter" and "termination" now.

唔得！！

你幾多封 warning letter 都無用。

有用既方法係，你寫明比一個月通知炒佢，跟住同佢講，如果佢呢個月表現好，咁一個月後可以繼續做，唔使炒，如果表現唔好，下個月就

啦。

總括來講, 如果工人只係表現唔好, 做錯家務, 佢做錯一千一萬次都唔可以唔補水炒佢, 簽乜都無用, 到你真係炒咗佢佢99.9%搵工會幫佢告你, 你都100%輸硬, 除非佢做咗d危害你或你家人既事而斷正比你人贓俱獲, 例如虐待/偷竊.
因為政府無能, 所以僱主當災..........

我想問個印工人唔識看中文又唔識看英文, 點出一個月通知信叫佢走?
