Anyone started to use Pigeon nipple M size?

I'm a April 06 mum, my son can only finish his 4oz milk in 30 minutes. is it too long? wondering if I need to change the nipple size from S to M ?

My son use M size for some time already la... He takes 5 oz milk (sometimes 5.5 oz) every 4 hours ga la....

There is no fixed formula when to change the nipple size to a bigger one, as long as the milk doesn't spill out from his mouth - it means he could afford a bigger one ga la...
