Everytime my fd's phone have problem, I saw she need to call up so so many times & the replys are always made her (she sit beside me). She even complain to the "Telecom comm. Dept" & " Customer council"....not really useful...but that's the only thing she can do!
I remember she told me if the Hutchion rec'd a complain (don't know can use in your case or not?), they should give the client a reference no. to follow up, if not ....they will ignore it & the client have to call & call & call again until they are or . really a Co. same level as the Wharf T & T which I feel so regret to choose b 4!
