我都照煲比佢飲，多數１個月煲一次，佢早晚一枝奶．（４歲仔仔），我會等仔仔完全唔食奶至會唔再煲開奶茶佢飲．
平時都照比涼茶佢飲，五花茶�菊花花�夏姑草其實咩涼茶都飲得，不過唔好比佢飲得太多，一至兩杯就ｏｋ．
