I am planning to go in Aug but still waiting for return flight confirmation. this is my first time so i have no idea where to go actually, may be just relax, eat, spa.....
I'm planning to go sun & beach with my hb & 3.5 yr old son at the end of the summer holidays.
Initiallly I plan to go Cebu too, but after checking the weather, I switch to Samui as the weather at Cebu is not stable during our summer. If you want to go Cebu, go at our winter time.
In order to avoid the peak season surcharge, I'll probably start our sun and beach vacation on 1 Sept.
I've booked a 6D5N package for Koh Samui early July. I'll stay at Renaissance located at the Lamai Beach. My travel agent told me that all the hotels in Samui are with small to medium size swimming pools, esp for those at Chaweng Beach. I know that Renaissance has a 50m standard pool that's why I pick this hotel. My total package price for 2 adults + 1 kid + all tax & misc charge is $12558. Is it fair?
Would appreciate if anybody can get me some tips or itin about Samui.
I originally wanted to book Amari but all the rooms are gone during my travelling period. I've also tried other hotels along the Chaweng Beach but in vain. Meanwhile, shall I assume that the Sea Lion Centre is a must-go place? What about others? Any restaurants recommend? I'm going to take 1-2 Island trips. What other islands have you visited?

,好乾淨呀,位置好,5-10分鐘可到機場(直航機勁早 
),酒店位於Chaweng Beach(Samui 大街),但旺中帶靜,早餐又好豐富 
,呢段時間酒店特價,可能有一部份裝修中(但無影響我),亦因為咁,我地upgrade左deluxe room;如果10分滿分,我比9.5分,0.5分係扣響多人住.
