Trying to stimulate better milk problem is the major task you have to do!
1. If your BB get used to the bottle, BB would refuse to suck your nipple. Hence, please try to let BB suck your nipple whenever "BB almost fell asleep".
It works!
2. Pumping milk at office, no matter how much milk you can pump out. Because "regular pumping" is very important to stimulate & maintain milk supply.
[size=medium]You have to give regular stimulation to breast & signal to brain!!
Milk will be back!
