What should I do in order to follow up with the dealer? The glass cover was crashed / burst when I was holding it. Luckily, only my wrist has hurt. I bought it during Sogo big sale!
Terribly burst. I was removing it from the wok and holding it when I wanted to stir the fish balls...doing cooking as normal. Suddenly it burst. It wasn't broken due to human mishandling. Everyone watched out for this brand. This is often promoted at Sogo!
