有無JM食緊? E生話人人食反應都不同的.

我食緊Citalopram, 之前已經轉左2次藥了, 但食左依然覺好倦成日想訓覺.

但是有進步的, 仲要食幾耐? 私家和政府的藥物是否一樣? 照腦scan會有用嗎?

抗抑鬱藥. 多數會覺好倦, 成日想訓覺.
私家和政府的藥物是否一樣? = 否.
精神料心理.情緒料..... =/= 腦神經料.

照腦 scan 會有用嗎? scan 用來看腦里生了什么. 二者可不一樣.

想不開、就別想. 得不到、就不要. 失去了、繼續笑. 擁有了、要珍惜。
快乐不是拥有的多，而是计较的少。

生悶氣，發脾氣，煩躁，焦慮，失眠. 是指因生气（生闷气、怒气、着急上火生成的火气、思虑生成的郁气）。

Try to talk to the doctor and change to one which doesn't make you sleepy. If you are sleepy all the time, how can you go to work or look after your kids?
Meds usually take 2 weeks to work through to the brain.

Brain scans are used to detect tumours. Depression is not caused by tumours!

那麼政府醫院還是私家的藥那方面好些, 在副作用和藥效.

因為我問過私家的一個月藥連診金要4千多元.

政府的每次覆診$60加$10一種藥.

最重要是那種抗抑藥會快些好.

分享下我食過Sertraline舍曲林 (勁頭痛的)Fluoxetine氟西汀(好眼訓的)

The citalopram that you are taking is already quite a "new" drug; being "newer" does usually mean fewer unpleasant side effects. I have taken Sertraline and fluoxetine before, they didn't suit me because they did not get rid of my symptoms. Right now I am taking efexor, which I have done for two years. All these SSRIs and SNRIs differ slightly in their treatment targets. For instance, some treat depression, some treat anxiety, some treat phobias. It really depends on your doctor's diagnosis. For me, side effects do include sleepiness, so I take them at night.
As for public/private, public doctors tend to use the cheaper (and older) drugs (like fluoxetine) but private doctors are more willing to prescribe newer (and more expensive) drugs. Essentially, they are the same. The older drugs are cheaper because their patents have expired and generic ones are available. If finances are an issue, go for public doctors. Be patient, you will find a drug that fits your body.
