I hired an Indonesian from them last Aug, two mths later, I was about to terminate the helper and call them to assit. You know what....they even reject to be the witness...
I deeply agree with 'Fireman' that the staff in causeway is green and straight.

I agree that no agency can guarantee the quality of the maid, because it depends on so so many factors. But we can judge / choose which agency's service is good or not. As far as I know Overseas Agency has the branch in Causewaybay, Central and Shatin, but the service is very different. And also the agent fee is different, I wonder different branch can make decision on the agency fee themselves. e.g. I replace a maid Central needs around $1000 but Shatin just need $500.
