I read from the book that we have to insert a 3-G sim card in the cam ($1380 and $1680). Then we can use our 3-G phone to dial the telephone no. back and then enter password in order to watch the home. However, we have to pay monthly package max $70 ($150 mins on-line watch). I don't know whether it is vfone or not but at least it is not go through internet.
