I am a new manager to the Company (nearly 1 year). Above me all are management staff and below me are supporting staff. Actually, 2 supports need to report and assist me. But they always count me as supporting staff like them. They only respect the management people. I am so upset & lonely in the dept.
My immediate boss will always listen and tell things to these 2 supports who work longer here. I am the last one to know the dept news.
