以$代假 係米已經犯左法啦 ??

if 双方都 agree 既 甘又有冇problem ??又代問 請大陸人黎屋企打工 if 比immi知道 又要罰幾多 $ 我今日睇完報紙 同個同事 都有好多 question

I think it is no problem if both of you & the maid agreed with paying her the money instead of the holidays. I always do that.

rest day is ok, but labour holidays definitely is illegal to compensate with money, be careful with this!
