This kindergarden is so good in making money from parents. Luckily, I requested to withdraw my son's application in Jul, 2012. Up to this moment, I am not able to refund all my money. They insist to charge me parent-child card HK$78 and name chop HK$36 although they are not able to provide me up to this moment.
Worse still, I paid HK$810 for purchasing the books, they wrote on the paper for "Total $810" since the book on left and right pages are HK$258 and HK$552 respectively. On the receipt, they only wrote HK$552 but HK$810 on the order form. Since I paid many fees at that time, they told me that is my fault that I didn't check all the documents. They told me they would only refund HK$552 to me. They told me the $258 for purchasing the books that are new version, I must order since I am not able to get from anyone. As such, I really remember they charge me the amount.
Meanwhile, I also paid another fee HK$5021. They also wrote me wrong receipt HK$2711. Luckily, I paid this amount by cheque so that I can check the record and they have no excuse.
For the $552, I paid by cash. I told them why don't you check the $ collected. They said your receipt is the proof so that we can't do anything for you.
For this incident, I called more than 10 times and e-mail at least 4 times for requesting the refunds. Today, I finally got back $552 but we are still arguing the HK$258.
My experience to this school is not education but commerical. The parents paid a lot of money to pretend the kids who are having good education environment.
