Bus from Wong Tai sin to Airport

Hi..

I will go to Malaysia on 25/6 (SUN), departure at 8:05 a.m.

So, i should arrival airport latest on 6:30a.m.

Can anyone help? Which way is the best from Wong Tai Sin to Airport? take the bus or MTR?
Does MTR have the services on 5:30 at Wong Tai Sin?
