Connected to Access pt but not to internet

I have been using Linksys router to connect my computer to internet
After moving to the new house, I can only get connection to Access point but not to the internet.
Also, my IP address stays at 169.xxx.xxx.xx I cannot setup my router using 192.168.1.1

What should I do?

1. 你個ISP有冇換過啊？YES

2. 你個Windows有冇重裝過啊？NO

3. 你有冇set WEP Key？Don't know

4. 你試下用LAN線接番個ROUTER再試192.168.1.

Hutchsion to PCCW netvigator

Now netvigator has a box, so I tried connecting a notebook from the "box" it works.
But once I connect via my router, it's giving me a 169 IP instead of 192 IP.

I have already gone through the linksys setting using the 192.168.1.1 page, but still it's not letting me connect to internet, even if I connect to the router using a cable instead of wireless network.
