I have bad experience with this agent. Hired one from them but the maid stole my HB 2 diamond rings, not certain how many coins we lost which placed in the big plate, USD500 cash and after termination with her, we still found that one pair of Timberland new shoes, some of my new clothes and even swimming suite and a pair of golden statuary (wedding gift ) were found lost. I have reported to the agency from the first time we suspected the maid stole our coins, they just asked me to pay her more attention. And we counted all the coins and put them back and confirmed the maid did take the money and afterwards we found the lost of the 2 diamond rings and the USD cash, so we ask the agent what can we do. They just told us we can only terminate the contract. The agent send the colleague to my home to pick the maid up But I have to pay her one extra month salary in lieu of notice + air ticket fee + other relevant charges. THey help nothing in this case, and the worse is that they promise to change the maid freely in within 2 years and in fact they will only send you all files which maids' weight over 150lbs and some of them even in 170 lbs. When you reject the files, they just said they don't have any new maids in hand and ask you keep waiting for next batch. But no follow up afterwards. And while you chasing again, they send you similar maid files............. that I cannot accept. What I want to point out is this agent is not helpful in one hand and what they have promise is just NOTHING in the other hand!
