yes, my son started using infacol when he was only 2 weeks old. very useful and effective! My doctor said it was not medicine actually. It is only used to gather the small bubbles into big bubbles.
My son had used infacol starting from 2 weeks old until 8 months old. It was very effective and useful. Maybe it doesn't work well on every baby. But I don't think infacol will make babies cough and have runny nose.

Both of my BB use Infacol since they were 2 weeks.. very nice.
My girl used 3 bottles.. my son now on the 2nd bottle..
No side effect.... and the BB s love the taste.
