好煩惱, 如果唔要工人, 點可以未滿約前送走佢? 仲有成年先滿約

佢就快做滿1年,要給1 張定2張機票呢? 1個月通知定給多1個月人工? 可以還佢給之前employer (如果佢兩個都okay)?

我同意mimi講法, 如果工人係好的話千奇唔好咁易放手，妳睇哩度幾多bk媽咪投訴d工人妳就知好工人重難揾過好老公，不如同妳媽咪傾下啦。

如果係阿媽既問題, 你請個幾多個, 問題都會出現. 如果我係你, 我會留返個工人, 同阿媽再傾下, 因為好工人真係可遇不可求.

如果個工人真係好而唔係做戲比你睇, 咁就值得炒佢.

皆因上一輩d人都唔鍾意個工人, 話佢呢樣唔啱個樣唔好, 梗係啦, 當時佢地點湊無人干預, 覺得自己做家務同湊仔既方法係最好, 見到人地做法唔同自己個套就唔like.

我係僱主, 我請佢返嚟係幫我打理家頭細務煮三餐, 湊bb, 我有用心同眼去留意佢既表現, 失驚無神check下佢做d野妥唔妥當. 我都覺得無問題, 都有80分, 我無理由要炒佢.

對於呢d對工人有歧視既人, 尤其個工人做得好過佢既時候, 覺得自己無用. 就算請多一百個, 佢都唔鍾意架啦.
