I went to their shop in Causeway Bay 3 months ago and had a free facial treatment (valued $600). Their staff is nice and not hardselling. The environment in the shop is very relaxing and comfortable. I almost bought the package but at the end I told their staff that I wanted to think about it (their packages are expensive) It was expected that they didn't look unhappy and let me go.
I think it is worth to try. Overall their service is good even I was using the coupon.
The environment is very relax and the people did not "hard sale" me. I went there for a few times. However, I didn't join them again as the price is expensive and their products are just "okay" for me.
