For 1, may buy carpark.
For 2, may buy ibond. Securities market is quite volatile and the risk for capital loss is pretty high.
For 3, may buy RMB to earn high interest. Euro is also pretty cheap due to the 歐債危機.
要睇年紀同可承受幾大風險。如果係老人家,當然買d liquidity高,風險較低,但回報亦相對低嘅bond or securities or forex。後生嘅買樓投資可以,但樓價升咗咁多年已優於大市,以投資角度跌價風險較高,自住就okay, 因為有opportunity cost, which is 租樓住都唔平。其實依家人民幣定期都有2-3厘,同買樓放租嘅rental yield唔會差太遠,依家股市又跌成咁,通街都係平貨,如現階段投資我會揀2 or 3. 但如我無自置物業要租樓住,我會揀1。
