我尋日都去了agent道請了個賓賓，仲未confirm 架! 佢有兩個小孩, 去過台灣做了三年野, U 程度, 我都係第一次請! 有甚麼必需要和agent講定先嗎? 因初初我唔想佢只有佢一個take care 我個ｂ，如我要佢跟我一起出門口，我返工，佢去我媽媽道(next estate)，幫下婆婆手，下午叫佢返我屋企清理和cook dinner. is it ok? 聽講要'先小人，後君子'嘛！你們有time table and any rule 嗎?

你叫印印做都可能聽你話,叫菲傭佢就會唔做兩頭住家,叫婆婆去你屋企睇著佢就無問題,叫佢去另一處做完,再返家再做,佢讀完u,唔係lu lu呀,佢地

You should tell her your requirement over the phone. Some bun may turn you down if they don't like such arrangement. However, it's risky to ask her to work for 2 houses :lol:

You hire the maid locally or from overseas?
If she is in HK, she may request to terminate the contract once she finds the job not suitable or uneasy for her because she needs to take care baby and work in 2 houses. Though mothers will not feel comfortable to let a stranger take care of our beloved children. Anyway, I suggest you be careful.

I hired a maid with working experience in taiwan but really totally no good. She is very dirty and always 駁咀 even when she just arrived 2nd day. So she was being fired after 2 months.
so careful the maid with working expereince in Taiwan, their living habit is really different with HK.
