This weekend wil be the 1st slary payment to my maid. But, as per information from Agency, those maid have rented the loan for agency payment in Indonesia....so they need to payment $3000 x 7mths. I will help her to pay the loan and deducted from her salary.
So, how should I write for the receipt of payment for this case??? Should I make a photocopy for the receipt and she need to sign back on it???
the loan is between the maid and the agency, better not to get yrself involved, just ask her to pay them after rec the salary. if u really want to pay for her, then ensure she first sign the agreed document for u to deduct the salary for this purpose, some maid will sue the employer for not getting the full salary with this reason, be careful!
