Is irt time to buy fund in sectors such as latin america.india or china etc? the price has go down a lot but is coming up again,so it is the rt time to buy now? thanks!

If you invest for the long term (> 5 years) and invest by monthly savings, it should be okay. It's because monthly savings can take advantage of the dollar cost averaging effect to reduce the risk and provide more stable return.

If you want to invest in funds, invest through IFA is better, because those from bank or insurance companies seldom give clients investment advice. They only sell you the hottest item. If you want to know more about IFA, you may email me for further discussion.
