I don't know why you think you have not sufficient milk. Maybe your baby's reaction is not because of that. Sometimes my son (4 months today) also react like that, but as long as he still gain weight and his has normal 尿尿, I never think of myself milk shortage.... ADD OIL!!! don't be so upset ..... just remember "the quality and quantity of your milk is directly relate to your emotion ..... the better of your emotion, better and much milk to fed your baby"
