1. Today is the first day i go to work.
I just pump milk during lunch time, but can only pump 6oz,much more less than at home, about 8-9oz. Poor!
-------It is normal to face changes, gradually will be normal, be patient!
2. I just store the milk in the freezer, not forzen, is it ok 
------It is fine for next day use. If for stock, please frozen it.
3. i also want to ask other mother, do i need to clean my breast before pumping?
------For new born, I clean nipple with wet cotton. Now surely no, because Hayes is so strong enough. Also, mama milk can cleans our nipple, so convenient!

much better than I. I can only pump 3oz (4oz at home during the maternity leave) when the first day back to workplace. Be relax and you can pump much more afterwards.
