唔好喇掛,你要果D資料…好似…,連root account 都俾埋你,remote 幫佢改都得喎。就算唔lazy都唔應該俾出嚟啦,除非佢真係咁stupid。
Drop the sarcastic.
What I'm trying to say is that it's an technical question and need time to study (and I mean real study) and id the problem. Wild guess, firewall rules, email a/c setup, spamming rules, software compatibility, patch control, routing table ... Virus? May be.
U mentioned changing IP and problem re-surfaced. Do u mean the real IP of ur mail server or firewall? Did u employ NAT? Have u consider to reinstall the whole mail server? Do u employ wake-on-lan at the PCs? Do u have a development environment? Could u replicate the problem?
In fact, installing anti-virus software at this stage is a little bit late. Still, u could try McAfee, SEP, Kaspersky, etc. And u'll be better off to employ 2-tier protection. Ain't sure the proficiency of ur admin. Since we are talking about servers and central anti-virus admin, not standalone PC, so, ... it ain't something that ur admin could pick-up in a day or two.
Unless more information provide (yeap. Network diagram, domain name, admin / root a/c ...
), I couldn't help.
Good luck.
