pda or small note book

i want to check e-mail and online on web often,but company not allow and set firewall,cannot see my we cam
can any suggestion

if you stay inside your office, then notebook;
if you always go everywhere, then pda...

if your company don't allow you to connect internet, ask your computer engineer can or not....or else, buy GPRS .

and did the notebook had smaller one?i want a very smaller one
i saw the plan in peoxxx is only 128 per months and infinity download

peopXXS GPRS plan is only GPRS,unlimited time, but no phone line.
if you want to use together, they have another higher plan , or
you can check sundXy $128 unlimted plan.
