In view of the higher demand from hospitals for type O blood lately, the Blood Transfusion Service (BTS) appeals to blood donors who are O blood group to act now and give blood.
The "Blood Donation Happy Hour at Causeway Bay Donor Centre" activity is on-going. Donors who give blood at the Causeway Bay Donor Centre (address: 3rd Floor, Radio City, 505 Hennessy Road) from 17 to 21 July 2006 (Monday to Friday) will be presented with a limited edition “Hong Kong Red Cross Humanity Diary 2006” while stock lasts.
